The Crescent Hyde Park Hotel - London

I had a double room and it was compact on level 1. I had an excellent breakfast at 9.20, the food was affordable. Its location relatively close to Paddington was great.

The hotel was clean and had polite and courteous staff with the young porter carrying my case up to my room. The venue was modern and in a very central location near multiple tube stations and bus stops as well as Hyde Park. Furthermore, close to the underground.

Well, the area was very uncomfortable overall.

Location: the hotel was right by restaurants and London and the tube. The room was compact, updated on an upper level, we loved it. The provided service was EXCEPTIONAL. Have stayed here many times and would book again.

Welcoming and accommodating staff, as it had to be.

It was close to a tube station that was on the central line.

There was no wifi - as previously advertised and the staff wasn't very nice about that. Our room was on the 3rd floor, no elevators. Safe was not working. Had to pay a deposit for a hair dryer. The toilet was very cramped.

Peaceful hotel with lovely friendly staff and a good restaurant. Magnificent and wonderful location for visiting bars and cafes. Had good service.

The location, and comfort of the room. Mine was a good size. Not to have to worry about looking for breakfast was also a great feature.

The number of stairs to get to our room!!! The carpet on the stairs could do with replacement.

excellent proximity to hyde park and paddington station

I really loved how easy it was to stroll around the city as the hotel is just a few steps away from Hyde Park. Paddington Station was so close for getting around London effortlessly.

We visited the Natural History Museum, awesome, and enjoyed a movie at the IMAX cinema. The beds were comfy, and the location was perfect. Just a quick walk to transport and local bars.

5 minutes walk from paddington station and not much further to kensington gardens and hyde park. Check in/out was quick and easy, room was clean and comfortable and a good size.

Tea and coffee supplied in room but did not have any milk !!!! Room was very hot but had pedestal fan provided.

Check in not before 2 pm is ridiculous for a small hotel like this. And bunch of housemaids are slowly walking around while you are waiting for your room. Every time we left the hotel we had to leave the key at the reception, First day smell in the alley was awful. Every our step coused noisy floor squeak. We get shampoo and shower gel only first day. Breakfest is very poor with 2 days old croissants.

The room is nice, clean, and well-furnished with new furniture. equipped with hairdryer, and bed and bath linen are changed daily. Location is excellent too, only a few busstop away, and 1 tube station away from marble arch, the start of Oxford Street.

the breakfast was so-so, with toast, hot beverages and cereals. It's good, but pale in comparison with other B&B I stayed in who serve full english breakfast at comparable room rate.

The room was comfortable, though the shower was quite small.

I like the location, room was clean, bed for two was realy large and comfort. The room was full of facilities: fridge, TV, safe box.
